We believe most renters would prefer a place to live where they have a yard, a parking space right outside the door, and no long dark hallways of peepholed doors. We maintain our properties to a high standard, and expect our tenants to do their part in maintaining their living spaces to that same high standard.
How can you be considered as a prospective tenant? The first step is to download Rental Applications from the website here, read it, fill them out (1 per tenant), and bring them in to 129 Main Street in Ames (yes, the Great Plains Sauce & Dough Co.). We will review them and make a decision at that point.
